Quotations and Proposals: All quotations and proposals provided by Alard Production are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
Payments: Payment terms will be outlined in the individual contracts or agreements between Alard Production and the client. Late payments may result in a delay of service delivery.
Revisions: Revisions to projects will be provided as per the agreement terms. Any additional revisions outside the scope of the initial agreement may incur additional fees.
Cancellation: Clients may cancel projects by providing written notice. Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed accordingly.
Intellectual Property
- All content created by Alard Production, including but not limited to videos, photographs, graphics, and text, remains the intellectual property of Alard Production unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for the purposes outlined in the project agreement. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is prohibited.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all information exchanged during the course of the project confidential unless otherwise required by law. This includes any proprietary information, client data, and project details.
Liability
Alard Production will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to the services provided will not exceed the amount paid by the client for those services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alard Production, its employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.
